Stephanie Tullar, FNP
FUNCTIONAL NURSE PRACTITIONER
Stephanie is a board certified nurse practitioner in family medicine, she has been in the medical field for the last 20 years working in various roles. She started her career in traditional healthcare as a EMT-Paramedic, wildland firefighter, and USCG search and rescue helicopter flight mechanic before transitioning to the hospital setting as a full time Med-Surg/COVID registered nurse. She also offered concierge sick calls and IV therapy throughout the rural communities of Western NY. Â
While being exposed to the downfalls of our western healthcare system, especially in the hospital setting, she also witnessed the healing of her clients that stayed at home and used alternative therapies such as Ozone and IV vitamins. This fueled her growing interest in functional and integrative health, nutrition, and wellness.Â
Stephanie is certified in Ozone and IV vitamin therapy, she is a lifelong learner continually researching new modalities in integrative, bio-hacking wellness.Â
In Stephanie’s spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, fishing, and spending time with her four kids and husband.
She looks forward to working with families to provide alternative natural treatments and supportive education to prevent chronic illness while improving quality of life.Â

Amy Gigena is a health advocate, drugless practitioner, and author of the award-winning book HeartLight with a degree in psychology. She ran a private coaching practice before opening a membership-based integrative wellness family practice with Dr. Tomas. Once entrenched in the successes of corporate America, she now follows her own true path of motivating others to find the truest version of themselves. Amy prides herself on taking the time to understand a person's story so that she can better understand how to help them listen to the language of their body and activate their healing. She is passionate about helping her clients find the balance of mind, body, and soul in combination with conscious habits and clean eating. Amy values the timeline of a person as a pivotal starting point. Guided by her adventurous spirit, she believes that being true to the authentic self is the ultimate journey in life.
