3. Treatment: Once your consultation is complete, you will be guided to your treatment room where you will receive your selected service. Your Client Care Coordinator will explain the process to you and answer any questions you may have before beginning the treatment.

4. Relaxation: During your treatment, you'll have the opportunity to relax and unwind in a calm, soothing environment. We use only the highest quality products and equipment to ensure your comfort and well-being.

For your appointment at Evergreen Factor, we recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for ease of movement.

If you are coming in for a specific treatment or service, such as a Superhuman Protocol session, we may suggest wearing clothing that is suitable for that particular activity.

Additionally, some of our services may require you to change into a provided robe or mittens and booties (for the cryo chamber), so you may wish to bring a change of clothes or additional layers to wear during your visit.

Overall, our goal is for you to feel relaxed and comfortable during your visit, so please wear whatever you feel most at ease in.

Evergreen Factor has a minimum age requirement of 18 years old for most of our services. However, we do provide some services for guests between the ages of 13 to 17, as long as a parent or legal guardian is present to sign the guest waiver. Please note that we cannot offer any treatments or services to guests who are 12 years old or younger.

Additionally, some of our services may have their own specific age restrictions, which will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking. 

It's important to note that this policy is subject to any relevant state or local regulations pertaining to minors receiving services at Evergreen Factor, which take precedence over our policy.

Whatever method you choose, our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be happy to assist you in booking the perfect appointment to meet your needs.

At Evergreen Factor, we aim to start all scheduled sessions and treatments promptly and with consideration for our members and guests. To ensure that we can provide the best possible service to everyone, we have a late cancel policy in place.

If you need to cancel your scheduled session or treatment, we require at least 12 hours' notice. If you cancel within 12 hours of the scheduled start time, we reserve the right to charge you for half the value of the session.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for missed appointments or sessions that are not properly cancelled. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a high level of service for all of our guests.

It is important to note that every pregnancy is unique, and individual circumstances may affect the safety of certain wellness treatments. However, as a general rule, some bio-wellness spa services, such as Red Light therapy, PEMF, Hyper T Wellness Pod, and EWOT, may be safe for pregnant women. However, Cryotherapy and IV drips are generally not recommended during pregnancy.

It is always best to consult with your healthcare provider before undergoing any new treatments, especially if you are pregnant. They can advise you on which treatments are safe for you and your baby based on your individual health history and pregnancy status.
