What to Expect During Your HyperT Session
Our team will help you select your preferred temperature, massage setting, and session style. Once you are comfortably positioned, the pod closes around your body while your head remains outside in the cooled air.
As the pod warms, you can relax with vibration massage and aromatherapy or incorporate gentle movement using the resistance bands. Sessions generally last approximately 30 minutes. Afterward, take time to cool down, rehydrate, and enjoy that refreshed post-sauna feeling.
