The concept of Evergreen Factor arose mid-pandemic as patients sought alternative healthcare options beyond conventional medicine and mainstream wellness routines. Patients consistently expressed their desire for relief from fatigue, chronic inflammation, and pain, and seeking more options for improved health. Evergreen Factor provides a proactive approach to wellness beyond traditional models. Our services include Longevity Medicine and Cellular Health. . Our wellness toolbox features biohacking modalities ranging from 3 to 60 minutes, enabling maximum benefits in minimal time. This is ideal for those with busy lifestyles.

Dr. Tomas Gigena, (aka Dr. Tomas) is the medical expertise behind the modalities and protocols. He has been practicing medicine for almost 30 years. He is a life-long learner and an innovative visionary inspiring many. He is forever educating himself and looking for advanced ways to help his patients. He believes that the body has the ability to heal when the interferences are removed. He encourages his patients to constantly be curious and keep asking why when it comes to understanding their symptoms and overall health. He also mentors others practitioners trying to expand their own integrative medicine toolbox.

Our wellness toolbox is designed to integrate principles derived from the ecosystems and landscapes of the Pacific Northwest. This region's diverse natural environments—comprising dense forests, flowing rivers, high desert, coastal shores, and significant mountain ranges—serve as models for resilience and recovery. The changing of the seasons and cyclical patterns observed in nature emphasize the importance of healing and well-being, suggesting that a connection to the surrounding environment can facilitate rejuvenation and enhance overall health.

Dr. Tomas Gigena, MD and his wife Amy, a certified Health Coach run both Evergreen Factor and their amazing primary care membership clinic in Silverton Oregon. True Health DPC offers direct primary care, IV therapy, and wellness services. They are true innovators and inspiring leaders in the field! At Evergreen Factor, we are deeply grateful for Dr. Tomas's mentorship in integrative medicine and for Amy's commitment to linking symptoms with body mapping tools while also balancing operations.
