NAD+, or nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, is a naturally occurring coenzyme found in every living cell. It plays an essential role in cellular energy metabolism, DNA maintenance, cellular signaling and other biological processes.
NAD+ IV Therapy delivers NAD+ directly into the bloodstream through a slow, controlled infusion. Research continues to explore how NAD+ metabolism changes with age and how it relates to cellular health.
Clients often incorporate NAD+ IV Therapy into wellness routines

Research on the specific wellness benefits of NAD+ IV Therapy is still developing, and individual experiences vary. NAD+ IV Therapy is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure a medical condition.
Evergreen Factor is a physician-owned wellness center. Our NAD+ protocols are medically reviewed by Dr. Tomas Gigena, MD, who brings nearly 30 years of experience in integrative medicine. He offers the same protocols in his primary care practice in Silverton, OR.
Infusions are administered and monitored by licensed clinical staff following established dosing and infusion-rate protocols. Choose from four options. Certain health conditions or treatment considerations may require additional medical review before scheduling.
NAD+ is generally administered more slowly than a standard hydration IV. Most appointments take approximately two to four hours, although the total time can vary based on dosage, infusion rate and individual tolerance.
Some clients experience temporary, drip rate-related sensations during an NAD+ infusion. Your clinical team can slow or adjust the infusion rate to help you remain comfortable.
You are welcome to relax, read, work or listen to music during your appointment. Although, we recommend the Vemi Sound Bed.
Pair your NAD+ IV Therapy with a relaxing VEMI Sound Bed session — an Evergreen Factor favorite and our signature experience.
The VEMI combines vibroacoustic sound, electromagnetic frequencies and gentle infrared warmth, allowing you to rest comfortably during your infusion. Once you try it, you’ll wonder how you lived without it!
The VEMI and NAD+ combo is exclusively at Evergreen Factor! We started the trend in 2022.

NAD+ plays an essential role in cellular energy metabolism, DNA maintenance and cellular signaling. Clients commonly explore NAD+ IV Therapy as part of a wellness plan focused on:
Cellular Energy
NAD+ helps cells convert nutrients into usable energy
Focus and Mental Clarity
NAD+ supports cellular processes throughout the body, including those required by the brain.
Recovery and Performance
Some clients incorporate NAD+ into routines focused on recovery, physical activity and sustained performance.
Healthy Aging
Researchers continue to study the relationship between NAD+ metabolism, cellular function and aging.
Clinical evidence for the broader wellness benefits of NAD+ IV Therapy is still developing, and individual experiences vary.

NAD+ is a coenzyme involved in cellular energy metabolism, DNA maintenance and cellular communication. It helps cells complete many essential biological processes, but this does not mean an NAD+ infusion has been proven to correct every condition associated with cellular function.
NAD+ IV Therapy delivers NAD+ directly into the bloodstream. Oral products generally contain NAD+ precursors, such as NR or NMN, that must be absorbed and converted by the body. These delivery methods have different formulations, research and practical considerations.
Evergreen Factor currently offers 250 mg, 500 mg, and 1,000 mg NAD+ IV infusions. Appointment length and infusion rate vary by dose and individual tolerance.
Most NAD+ appointments take approximately two to four hours. Higher doses or slower infusion rates may require additional time.
NAD+ IV Therapy delivers NAD+ directly through an infusion and generally requires a slower, longer appointment. Niagen® contains nicotinamide riboside, or NR, which the body uses to produce NAD+. Niagen® infusions are typically completed more quickly. Evergreen Factor offers multiple dosage options, including our signature NAD+ experience on the VEMI Sound Bed.
Experiences vary. Some clients report temporary sensations that are related to the infusion rate. Licensed clinical staff monitor the infusion and can adjust the rate for comfort.
Evergreen Factor’s NAD+ protocols are medically reviewed by Dr. Tomas Gigena, MD. Licensed clinical staff administer and monitor the infusions according to those established protocols. Individual physician review is provided when medically appropriate.
A BIG YES! Evergreen Factor’s Signature NAD+ Experience combines an NAD+ infusion with a VEMI Sound Bed session. The pairing provides a comfortable way to relax during the longer infusion. We have been doing it this way since 2022!
No therapy can accurately promise to reverse aging. NAD+ is involved in cellular processes related to energy metabolism and DNA maintenance, and researchers continue to study its relationship to aging. Evidence regarding the broader clinical benefits of NAD+ IV Therapy remains developing.
Early clinical use of high-dose NAD+ infusions was reported in addiction-recovery settings beginning in the 1960s. Interest later expanded into cellular energy, healthy aging, recovery and biohacking as researchers learned more about NAD+ metabolism.
Evidence for NAD+ IV Therapy in substance-use recovery remains limited. At Evergreen Factor, higher-dose NAD+ protocols for clients in recovery are considered under the supervision of Dr. Tomas Gigena, MD, and are intended to complement—not replace—established addiction treatment or medically managed detoxification.
Evergreen Factor does not provide addiction treatment or medical detoxification. However, Dr. Tomas can help patients determine whether supportive NAD+ therapy may appropriately complement their established recovery care.
